1.6mm Aluminum Chassis – A800R/RR

After extensive testing, we are excited to release our new 1.6mm Aluminum Chassis for the A800R and A800RR cars. This design provides excellent performance in lower grip or harder tire conditions and is a great alternative to steel chassis options—without the added weight or cost.

Key Features:

  • Based on the proven MMX-style chassis design, but narrowed for reduced scrub and improved efficiency.

  • Increased flex near the arms for enhanced grip.

  • 1.6mm thickness allows the use of standard screws with no issue.

    • Note: Some titanium screws with smaller heads may sit deeper and in rare cases may require light countersinking by hand at the motor mount.

  • Compatible with all standard arm hardware using shoulder screws or washers.

  • Anodized in stealth black for a clean, professional finish.

***With small variances in the material you may have to touch the bottom of the motor mount with a counter sink by hand but so far on this design and material we havent had to do it.
