New tool for Awesomatix dampers - air out, performance in!
The idea: We have long wanted to develop a tool that makes filling and bleeding Awesomatix dampers easier and more reliable. Now the time has come!
The challenge: The new damper is technically a real step forward compared to the old MMX damper, but filling it cleanly without air bubbles was often a test of patience until now.
Our solution: We raise the shock on the cover side so that the screws are completely surrounded by oil - and where there is oil, air has no chance.
What the tool can do: Completely refill the shock absorber after opening the cover or simply bleed it again if air has crept in
Another tip: Don't skimp on oil! If you don't fill the cap sufficiently, the shock may draw air on the rebound side again - this would reverse the effect.
